Harmful Effects of Smoking”
Smoking is never good towards you mentality and your physical
state, so don’t smoke. Don’t smoke anything of any kind, the human body was meant
to breathe air not toxins and fumes. Though some people may debate that smoking
has its benefits I disagree, smoking never has beneficiary benefits. Hera are
some of the things smoking does:
1.
Your repertory system, so
this includes your lungs, smoking leaves your lung black!
2.
Your circulatory system
3.
Raised blood pressure and
heart rate
4.
Increased risk of stroke
and heart attack, due to the blockage of your arteries.
5.
Affects your immune
system, so you are more prone to infections such as pneumonia
6.
Reduced bone density
7.
Gum disease in your mouth.
So as you can see smoking is never
good, it contains harmful toxins like nicotine, that affects your oral system,
and tar, which sticks to your lungs like gum and slowly kills you, day by day.
So remember always
CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!
